Been recording the audiobook for Ruin with Trucci Studios, almost ready to release some affirmation posts on social media, publishing two guided meditations after the audiobook, and been seeing clients and providing nature immersion substance abuse recovery coaching. 

We go for hikes with my (in training) therapy dog, meditate in the woods, and talk recovery, inner child, reasons behind the avoidance of uncomfortable phenomena, root cause of behavior patterns and existing belief systems, and how past trauma affects current response and reaction, amongst other things.

We have fun and tell jokes, too.

I've been having big dreams of a permaculture retreat center and a sustainable sober living tinyhouse community on decommissioned agricultural land. There, I put it out in the universe. Let's manifest this. We can do hard things. We can achieve big dreams and be our own best friend. We can heal our own trauma and reparent our own inner children. The only way out is through. I know what I am capable of, and I'm not trying to settle for anything less.
